I really like your apartments, how can I make a reservation?
We are happy and can’t wait to see you in Premantura. Follow the below steps to enjoy your holiday in one of our apartments!

5. After submitting the form we will review your request. To make your reservation complete a deposit of €100 is required. After reviewing your reservation we will send you a mail with all the details and information on how to make a deposit.

How do I obtain the key?
Everybody loves a warm welcome. We will be waiting for you at Villa Marizella to have a refreshing drink together and to hand over the keys to your apartment.
Where in Premantura is Villa Marizella located?
Our house is located in the center of Premantura close to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Although we are located in the center it is really quiet so you can enjoy your well-deserved rest. Click here for the directions!
How far is Cape Kamenjak from Villa Marizella?
Our house is a 3 minutes car ride to the entrance of Cape Kamenjak.
Do you have a private parking place?
Yes, we have a private parking place for all our guests.
Where is the parking place?
The parking place is next to our house. When you enter Premantura (you will see the sign “Welcome in Premantura”) follow the road, at the third street turn right. Follow this road for 200/250 meters, on your left side you will see a sign of our parking place.
What is included in the price?
All our apartments are equipped with all the basic necessities. When you make a reservation at Villa Marizella the following items are included in the price: fresh linens and bath towels, tourist tax, cable television, internet (WiFi), fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper.
What is not included in the price?
Air-conditioning and cleaning. The price for the air-conditioning is €5 a day. Please think about the environment close all the doors and windows when you turn on the air-conditioning and turn off the air-conditioning when you leave the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
We want you to focus on your holiday. We will make sure that your apartment is very clean on your arrival, when you depart we will take care of the cleaning your apartment so you can relax and start your travel back home. Cleaning fee is 40 Euro.
Does the apartment come with linens and towels, or do I need to bring my own?
All beds will be made with fresh linens and bath towels will be provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels.
Are the apartments equipped with a washing machine?
There is a shared washing machine for our guests. Ask us for more information.
What is the check-in & check-out time?
Check-in time: 10:00 am
Check-out time: 14:00 pm
Is it allowed to smoke inside the apartment?
Because safety reasons it is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments and studio. Although it is allowed to smoke on the balcony or terrace, please be really careful with your cigarette especially during the summer months when the ground is very dry.
I have a pet, can I bring my pet?
First of all, we really love pets! But we have to think about our guests and some of our guests have a pet allergy. This is the reason we cannot allow pets inside the apartments. We are sorry for that!
